Biotics Research Canada Return Policy

Any returns may be made 35 days from date of invoice. All products must be unopened, undamaged and in their original condition. Any products that have incurred stickers or sale tags that cannot be removed, will not be accepted. All returns MUST be authorized with our head office before returning. Expired products or "soon to expire" products, or products that have been discounted will not be refunded.
