Suggestion: Adults/Adultes: Take 1 capsule once daily with food a few hours before or after taking other medications.If you have difficulty swallowing capsules, break each capsule open and add the contents to a glass (240 ml) of water. Take up to one hour before, or during periods of physical stress./Prendre 1 gélule une fois par jour ave de la nourriture, quelques heures avant ou après tout autre médicament.
