Ingredients: L5-Hydroxy-Trytophan 50 mg

Suggestion: Adults: Mode d’emploi (adultes): Two (2) capsules three times daily or as directed by a health care practitioner. May be used for up to 6 months. / Deux (2) capsules trois fois par jour ou selon les instructions d’un professionnel de la santé. Peut être utilisé pendant 6 mois au maximum.

Safety: Very high doses of 5-HTP can be metabolized peripherally and can trigger excess serotonin formation. 5-HTP is not recommended for pregnant or lactating women and should be avoided by those with any form of cardiovascular disease. 5-HTP should not be used by those taking serotonin 5-HTP or receptor agonists (naratriptan, suma-triptan, zolmitriptan).
